Served daily from Noon – 10pm exclusively at Wit on the Water, Crabs and Crushes features musts such as Old Bay steamed blue crabs, crispy soft shell crab, and the award-winning jumbo lump crab cake. Diners also savor “dressed up” steamed clams with champagne butter, scallop crudo, and blue crab cocktail with Flying Dog ale vinaigrette. Essential sides include Anson Mills hush puppies, boardwalk fries, corn-on-the-cob, and smoked potato salad.
