In our commitment to providing the best spa experience in the city, the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore offers an exclusive yoga program every Saturday at 9:00 am. Open to Hotel guests and Spa Members, as well as our Baltimore community, the yoga experience includes a weekly class by the pool designed to reduce stress, balance emotions and discover peace in the present moment. This class is accessible and enjoyable to students with an understanding of the fundamentals of yoga. Our experienced teachers will offer support for various levels in the class based on the yoga experience of the students.
